Pointe Coupee Parish Disaster Recovery Center Closes Operations August 20th
BATON ROUGE, La. – The Disaster Recovery Center in Pointe Coupee Parish will permanently close Thursday, Aug. 20, at 5 p.m. Louisianians in Avoyelles, Lafourche, Pointe Coupee, St. Tammany and Terrebonne parishes can still apply for FEMA disaster assistance through Oct. 1 to receive help in their recovery from Tropical Storm Arthur which occurred June 17–24 [1].
