Scattered showers and storms could bring more flooding to parts of SE Texas Extreme rainfall totals were recorded in the eastern and northeastern parts of Southeast Texas over the past few days due to the tropical rains brought in by Edouard. Edouard is moving north into DFW but leftover moisture could continue to bring us scattered heavy rain Thursday. More showers and storms will be possible Thursday [1].
