Google Ads adds AI Max testing and planning tools for Search campaigns

Google said it is adding new testing and planning features to AI Max, including a single A/B test that compares different budgets and ROI targets across multiple Search campaigns, rolling out in September [1]. The company also said experiments can now run with brand or location controls turned on [1]. Search forums noted the same rollout of new experimentation and planning capabilities in Google Ads and AI Max [5].
