The Bends to play Austin ahead of Sept. 18 debut album release

The Bends formed among four students who met as undergraduates at Louisiana State University and put out their first song, "Makeup," in 2024 [1]. The band played Austin City Limits Music Festival the following year after releasing its first EP, Leeward Drive, and is scheduled to perform in Austin on Friday [1].
